Gentle Yoga; Saturdays 10- 11 am
This yoga class is designed to restore balance to the body through mindful movement, gentle stretching, and guided meditation. You will learn how to relax, increase your flexibility, and control your thoughts in this class. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated and at peace with the world. Intensity level 1 out of 5.

Flamenco; Saturdays 12- 1 pm
The flamenco is a very passionate and emotional dance originating in Spain. In this class you will learn different styles of Flamenco for singles, couples, and groups including different choreography styles like Bulerías, Sevillanas, Alegrías, and Rumbas.
Beginner Jazz; Thursdays 6-7 pm
Develop your stage presence, performance and presentation through Jazz techniques and create character for a variety of danced combinations and elements. Uplifting, energetic, fun! No experience is needed for this class and Jazz shoes are not required. Comfortable attire is recommended.

Combine Jazz, Ballet, & Modern elements to create a beautiful form ofself expression. Utilize extensions, contractions and form, combined with choreography to emote a variety of feelings. No experience is needed for this class. Comfortable and loose attire is recommended

Tai Chi; Tuesdays & Thursdays 8- 9 pm
Tai Chi is a combination of Kung Fu & Qi Gong, is an ancient Chinese tradition practiced today as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Hip Hop - Beginners; Tuesdays 7- 8 pm
This level teaches basic hip hop moves, footwork and students are introduced to the concept of grooving and vining to the sounds of R&B, Soul, Rap and Hip Hop music. No experience is needed for this class and is good exercise! Comfortable attire and athletic/street shoes are required.

Beginner Ballet - Adult; Tuesdays 6- 7 pm
Are you looking for a great place to see if dance is for you and get a handle on the basic foundations and techniques that cross all dance genres? Then our hour-long class one day a week Beginner Ballet for Adults is made for you. Ballet provides the basic foundation for movement that almost all dance genres pull from, making Ballet the perfect place to start your dancing journey.
Belly Dance; Thursdays 7- 8 pm
In this class, we’ll focus on technique, strength and conditioning through level changes, freezes, & flow to punctuate our dance as we express ourselves through movement and artistry. All levels are welcome, including beginners. Modifications of movements available to fit every comfort level. Advanced technique or layers will be provided to intermediate or advanced students. Let’s dance, sweat, and shimmy!
Burlesque; Saturdays 2:30 - 3:30 pm
Build confidence in your own body movements. Celebrate yourself and develop your personal art of classy seduction!
This class offers you a chance to truly feel comfortable within your own skin.
Stretch & Strengthen;
Mondays 8-9 pm & Wednesdays 7- 8 pm
New dancers to intermediate dancers, if you’re looking for somewhere to strengthen your knowledge of dance movements rooted in Ballet, achieve greater flexibility, range of motion, and toning of the body, then you will want to come join us for the Balletic Stretch and Strengthen class! This hour-long class doesn’t require any experience but is structured for up to intermediate dancers. Wear casual, stretchy clothes like yoga pants.
Line Dancing; Wednesdays 6- 7 pm
Come out and learn some fun 8-counts to do at weddings, family BBQ's, or any kind of fun functions! This class will teaches quick continuous counts that'll make your favorite songs even better! Song requests are considered and fun is objective! No experience is needed and dress attire is comfortable. Athletic shoes are recommended for better movement.
Belly Dance Fusion; Saturdays 1- 2 pm

Fun and aerobic Cali, Colombian Style Salsa (Salsa Caleña) is upbeat, energetic, and exciting! For Salsa lovers another option for unique footwork and technique.
Defense Strategies 101;
Mondays 6- 7 pm
Learn to defend yourself and get in shape with a former Karate Champion! This class will introduce self defense concepts using techniques from Wingchun, Karate, Kickboxing and more. It also provides fitness and a way to de-stress through positive talk and meditation. Build your self-confidence and practice techniques that work. Comfortable fitness-type clothes is recommended.
Majorette Baron Twirling; Saturdays 1 - 2 pm
Enjoy a low impact workout utilizing a continuous flow of motion. Gain confidence in dexterity & hand eye coordination through the art of baton twirling! All ages welcome.
