Tai Chi is a combination of Kung Fu & Qi Gong. It is an ancient Chinese tradition practiced today as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi includes strengthening, flexibility, cardio-vascular benefits, stress relief, and bone health.
Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Good choices would include sweatpants or loose pants, t-shirts, etc. Dress for the weather, but please do not wear tank-tops or shorts
