Fun and aerobic Cali, Colombian Style Salsa (Salsa Caleña) is upbeat, energetic, and exciting! For Salsa lovers another option for unique footwork and technique.
Line Dancing; Mondays 6- 7 pm
Come out and learn some fun 8-counts to do at weddings, family BBQ's, or any kind of fun functions! This class will teaches quick continuous counts that'll make your favorite songs even better! Song requests are considered and fun is objective! No experience is needed and dress attire is comfortable. Athletic shoes are recommended for better movement.
Gentle Yoga; Saturdays 10- 11 am
This yoga class is designed to restore balance to the body through mindful movement, gentle stretching, and guided meditation. You will learn how to relax, increase your flexibility, and control your thoughts in this class. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated and at peace with the world. Intensity level 1 out of 5.
Hip Hop - Int/Adv; Thursdays 6- 7 pm
This level teaches more intricate movement and longer phrases. Students will learn advanced movement and choreography while continuing to build grooves and vibes. Moderate experience is recommended for this class and is also good exercise and fun! Comfortable attire and athletic/street shoes are required.

Beginner Ballet - Adult; Mondays 6- 7 pm

Then our hour-long class one day a week Beginner Ballet for Adults is made for you. Ballet provides the basic foundation for movement that almost all dance genres pull from, making Ballet the perfect place to start your dancing journey.
Beginner's Jazz; Tuesdays 7- 8 pm
Ever felt like being in a production? Jazz will help scratch that itch! This level teaches Jazz techniques and creating character for each combination. Students will learn stage presence, performance and presentation through dance. No experience is needed for this class and is good for uplifting energy and fun! Comfortable attire is required and jazz shoes are preferred.
Contemporary Dance; Fridays 7- 8 pm
A very emotional form of dance, contemporary takes the elements of jazz, ballet, and modern to beautifully create it's own feel. Students will learn extensions, contractions and form as well as difference routines to characterize different emotions. No experience is needed for this class. Comfortable and loose attire is recommended

Self Defense; Tuesdays 8- 9 pm
Being able to defend yourself in a bad situation is important. This class will introduce self defense concepts such as hitting and kicking techniques, provide fitness, and de-stress through positive talk and meditation. Comfortable fitness-type clothes is recommended. This class is open to everyone.
Double Dutch Aerobics; Wednesdays 7-8 pm
This class cobines Double Dutch with an assortment of aerobics exercises including, jumping jacks, push-ups, mountain climbs, professional competition combinations, and street style jumping inside the ropes. Anyone can learn how to jump Double Dutch in less than 1 minute.

Tai Chi; Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-11 am & 7- 8 pm
Tai Chi is a combination of Kung Fu & Qi Gong, is an ancient Chinese tradition practiced today as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Belly Dance Fusion; Saturdays 1- 2 pm
In this class, we’ll explore Belly Dance technique and experiment with how we can use level changes, freezes, & flow to punctuate our dance as we express ourselves through movement and artistry. All levels are welcome, including beginners. Modifications of movements available to fit every comfort level. Advanced technique or layers will be provided to intermediate or advanced students. Let’s dance, sweat, and shimmy!
Stretch & Strengthen; Wednesdays 7- 8 pm
New dancers to intermediate dancers, if you’re looking for somewhere to strengthen your knowledge of dance movements rooted in Ballet, achieve greater flexibility, range of motion, and toning of the body, then you will want to come join us for the Balletic Stretch and Strengthen class! This hour-long class doesn’t require any experience but is structured for up to intermediate dancers. Wear casual, stretchy clothes like yoga pants.
